You are talking to an AI. Repertoire’s concierge is an artificial-intelligence system, not a human. It reads your request and replies in natural language.
How it works
The AI can only recommend places from our human-curated database of personally-vetted venues. It’s designed never to invent places — every recommendation comes from that curated list, with a reason why it fits.
What your messages do
To answer you, the words you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled and where it is processed.
Your saved preferences
If you save standing preferences on your Account page (for example dietary limits or firm dislikes), they are included with your concierge requests so it can keep them in mind. They are written by you, visible to you, and editable or removable by you at any time — nothing about your tastes is inferred or remembered automatically.
Its limits — please read
- Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. The AI can be incomplete, outdated, or occasionally wrong.
- Details like opening hours, availability, prices, and bookings change — always verify before you rely on them or travel.
- The concierge does not give professional advice (legal, financial, medical, safety, or dietary). Use your own judgement.
Human curation
The taste behind Repertoire is human. The AI is the way you access a curated book of places — not the source of the judgement about which places belong in it.
